 My support approach is to fuse the disciplines of coaching/mentoring, mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology theory and counselling skills. I have had the pleasure of empowering individuals across various sectors and while the journey continues my advice to anyone experiencing struggle, remember it is temporary. Using my framework called THE MENTAL AGILITY EDGE we build a safe space for learning, mindful habits with a set of tools to support mental excellence.

Why the mindful way

Gemma's practice draws on best practice and is taken from a range of disciplines. Holding qualifications in coaching and mentoring, psychology and counselling skills the integrative approach is fused with mindfulness, neuroscience and trauma-informed practice/care.

My support approach would suit individuals who are:

- motivated individuals who are ready for a challenge and learn psychological theory to adopt mindful habits and understand the foundations of change.

- in high pressured environments but looking for accountability, safe spaces to offload as well as maintain mental agility by healthy practices.

Using various tools, activities and assessments such as "16 Personalities" we build awareness of your contextual experiences, the impact of your experiences as well as your personality while building/maintaining your character.

Working with professional athletes but not exclusively, my approach is person centred,

which means I hold the view of a person's profession is not the main factor in their development, it is a contextual factor that makes up an overall development.

The one thing was this.... Life gives you challenges, conflict and disruption. That's a given, but how you respond to it matters, and it is a choice. Through my own journey of adversity and transformation,

I’ve learned that obstacles are not the barriers we often perceive them to be. Building a healthy, balanced life requires the same level of commitment to maintaining it.

True change stems from developing strong habits and challenging our own perspectives.

Maintaining mental agility comes with a board scope. However, we work together to tailor this. Whether it is goal setting, personal development or performance outcomes, I put you in front of the journey. The aim is to ensure you are safe and healthy while doing what you love. With external pressures and expectations sometimes, we adopt or are around others that display behaviours that may hinder development, decision-making or overcoming obstacles in a healthy way. Our open, robust and therapeutic space will support you in both your high-performance delivery and personal development.

For:  individuals who want a hybrid model with face-to-face guidance alongside remote support.


Included: Everything in the Remote option, PLUS: Quarterly in-person sessions (half-day or full-day intensives). Performance analysis or mindset strategy session (remote or in-person).

Priority access to you for messaging support.




Price:£7,500 - £12,000 per year

(£625 - £1,000 per month)

Retainer

For: High-end option for individuals who want as needed access and hands-on support.


Included: Fully customised 12-month program. Sessions when needed (virtual & in-person). Unlimited priority support via WhatsApp etc. On-call mental agility coaching, performance tracking and VIP access to additional resources.




Price:  £15,000 - £30,000 per year

(£1,250 - £2,500 per month)
